I chose Lily Chin Chelsea yarn in a heathery gray. I like the feel of it and it was a decent price. I'm using the recommended needle size and my gauge is right on. Still on the increases and this is quite a boring knit, but seeing all those finished skirts is keeping me motivated. I know I'll love it when it's done. I am on vacation this week and even though my main plan is to do some serious deep cleaning and re-organizing of my craft studio I am hoping to get some quality knitting time too. I'd love to be able to wear this soon.

amen sister! i'm stuck on the stockinette portion but like you these pictures are keeping me motivated. plus i've never worn something like a skirt that i made myself so that should be exciting :-)
I really like the grey color. I thought the stockinette was boring too, but I could just zone and get through it. It also made easy TV knitting.
